Viva Peru!

While roaming the streets of Cusco, Peru I began to heard loud drums, screams and shouts. Quickly, the main square was full with demonstrators demanding improved pay and working conditions for the local taxi drivers.

The crowd would have been in the hundreds, but the overwhelming police presence tightly following the drivers really brewed tension in the atmosphere.
